The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Hurricane Michael debris mission assignment is under the direction of the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Included in that is the final disposition for vegetative debris. On the Pecan Ridge Plantation in southwest Georgia, Jan. 27, mulch from trees destroyed by the storm will be used to grow more.
