Chaplain (Lt. Col.) Raymond Leach, garrison chaplain, provides the invocation during the Fort McCoy observance of Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday Jan. 15, 2019, at McCoy's Community Center at Fort McCoy, Wis. The holiday honoring King’s birthday, celebrated the third Monday of January, is a designated national day of service. The recurring theme is “Remember! Celebrate! Act!
