(Jan. 23, 2019) – Navy Medicine Education, Training and Logistics Command (NMETLC) Command Master Chief Richard Putnam answers questions during an all-hands call with Navy Medicine Operational Center (NMOTC) staff to discuss the future with the transition to the Defense Health Agency and realignment of training commands. Rear Adm.
