A group of approximately six individuals wearing full CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) protective suits and gas masks are standing together facing the camera. The suits are gray/charcoal in color with full-face respirator masks. Text visible on one suit reads 'TRAINING SUIT', indicating this is a training exercise rather than an active hazardous incident.

    76th Operational Response Command

Army Reserve Soldiers from the 413th Chemical Company, 457th Chemical Battalion, 415th Chemical Brigade, Task Force 76, make a plan to relieve fellow Soldiers running a decontamination line to treat “victims” of a simulated chemical attack during a training exercise at Homestead Miami Speedway, Homestead, Florida Jan. 24 as part of Operation Homestead 19. Nearly 300 Army Reserve Soldiers from Task Force 76 along with more than 100 personnel from the Miami-Dade Fire Department and several other civilian agencies spent the day conducting a variety of joint search and rescue, chemical decontamination and medical treatment training at the speedway to enhance interagency integration, communications and response capabilities while building a seamless transition between local first responders and the follow-on support provided by state and federal forces in response to a catastrophic manmade or natural disaster.
