VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Jan. 24, 2019) — Commander, Operations Royal Navy, Rear Adm. Paul Halton, OBE, joined Commanding Officer Naval Ocean Processing Facility (NOPF), Dam Neck, Cdr. Aaron Holdaway, to cut a cake in celebration of the expansion of the facility and its capabilities. The mission of NOPF, Dam Neck is to conduct continuous maritime surveillance in the Atlantic in support of the homeland security of both nations and fleet operations.
