Sgt. Michael Hall of White Bear Lake, Minn., is presented his new rank on his patrol cap by Sgt. 1st Class Jeffrey Dahlen of Freeborn, Minn., on Veterans Day. Both serve with Albert Lea’s Delta Company, 2nd Battalion, 135th Infantry Regiment, and were running route security patrols in Iraq to support the drawdown.
