Master Sgt. Christopher Belknap, 557th Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron project manager and native of Rochester, N.Y., looks over the blueprints for a new RED HORSE facility here Dec. 27. The 9,000-square foot complex will house the 1st Expeditionary RED HORSE Group Headquarters. Belknap is deployed from Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. RED HORSE stands for Rapid Engineer Deployable, Heavy Operations Repair Squadrons, Engineer.
