Natalia Webb, a medical technician from 1-141 Infantry Regiment, Task Force Alamo, Texas National Guard, assigned to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa, and the only female to earn the German Armed Forces Badge for military proficiency (GAFB) this rotation, fires her M-9 pistol during the marksmanship portion of the GAFB at the Arta Range Complex, Djibouti, Jan. 17, 2019.
