GULF OF TADJOURA, Djibouti - Forward-deployed Engineman 2nd Class Umar Ilyasov, with Coastal Riverine Squadron 11, assigned to Task Group 68.6 (TG-68.6), from Camp Lemonnier, signals other patrol boats into a diamond formation while conducting weapons and tactics exercises, Jan. 10, 2019.
