    Pennsylvania Army National Guard Soldiers conduct testing on the Army’s new Integrated Personnel and Pay System Army (IPPS-A) at Fort Indiantown Gap Jan. 10. They are lead by Kuchineal Campell, an IPPS-A training instructor. The Pennsylvania Army National Guard was selected to be the beta test state for the new system three years ago, and has since been heavily involved with the development and testing of the system.
