Fernando Ramirez, launch and recover non-commissioned officer in charge, set up a system to deliver oxygen to U-2 Dragon Lady pilots in a temporary staging area Jan. 10, 2019, at Beale Air Force Base, California. The 9th PSPTS main building experienced major flooding the night of Jan. 6, and into the morning.
