Stan Chien (left) and Capt. Michael E. Ray during a change of command ceremony in which Chien was relieved by Ray as commander of CRG 1 onboard Navy Outlying Landing Field Imperial Beach. CRG provides a core capability to defend designated high value assets throughout the green- and blue-water environments and providing deployable Adaptive Force Packages (AFP) worldwide in an integrated, joint and combined theater of operations.
