Two military personnel are shaking hands in what appears to be a military facility or museum. One individual is wearing a tan/khaki flight suit with patches, while the other is wearing US Army OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniform with a colonel's eagle insignia and a name tape reading 'TUTTLE'. They are posed in front of what appears to be a large military simulator or historical equipment display.
