Sgt. Travis Starnes guards the U.S. colors at a reception aboard USS Pearl Harbor docked here Dec. 17. Starnes, who hails from Cove, Ark., serves with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s logistics combat element. The Camp Pendleton, Calif., based Marine unit deployed from San Diego, Nov. 14 and arrived in southeastern Asia, Dec. 11 as part of a regularly scheduled deployment.
