“Bulldog” Soldiers assigned to 3rd Armored Brigade Combat team, 1st Armored Division work to secure a building at the Zambraniyah Training Village in southern New Mexico March 22. The 3rd ABCT was tasked with taking the village, which was teeming with opposition forces and roleplaying townspeople from other 1st AD units, as a part of “Iron Focus,” a brigade-wide, extended exercise. Named after a village in liberated Iraq, the Zambraniyah Training Village gives troops detailed home station urban assault experience just north of Fort Bliss. (U.S. Army photo by David Poe)
