Toni Scott, pumps up Sgt. 1st Class Laytona Russell’s fashion awareness during the Fort Hood WTU’s Dress for Success event, held November 15 at the Fort Hood campus. Sponsored by Dallas-based Gent’s Place, the fashion event that provided free suits to the Carl R.
