Van Antwerp, Chief of Engineers and commander, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers during his visit to Kuwait, June 27. Van Antwerp visited several construction sites and other projects throughout the Thrid Army/USARCENT area of operations. This is his first visit since taking command of the engineer corps May 17.
