New Jersey Army National Guard Soldiers perform warm-up exercises prior to taking the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Dec. 19, 2018. The New Jersey Soldiers are being trained for their level 2 certification, which will enable them to serve as the noncommissioned officer in charge of the test and grade Soldiers being tested.
