FORT CARSON, Colo. — Spc. Donald Ulloa, a Soldier with Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Battalion, 38th Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, helps Soldiers on the range. While Ulloa is preparing to leave the Army for medical reasons, he is leaving a lasting impression with his leadership and his unit. Having processed many through the “Raider Onboard” program and building up the designated driver program, a program that will last for years to come. “He is a model Soldier,” said Sgt. 1st Class Billy Thornton, human resources NCO, HHC, 1st Bn., 38th Inf.
