A U.S. Army Major General (identified by two-star rank insignia) with the last name partially visible as 'ELDS' appears to be presenting or showing a coin to a soldier wearing a red baseball cap with a 'BDS' patch on their uniform. The interaction takes place indoors in what appears to be a secure or specialized facility with diamond-plate metal walls. Two other military personnel — one Army and one Air Force — observe the interaction in the background.
