    Iraqi Soldiers Participate in First Ever Advanced Infantry Course

    Sgt. Jason Carvel (right), a personal security detachment squad leader with the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry) and a native of DeKalb Junction, N.Y., and Sgt. Mohammed Kazim (left), a squad leader with the 4th Battalion, 4th Brigade, 6th Iraqi Army Division, do push-ups before they start the Commando Course obstacles. Kazim is participating in the first-ever advanced infantry course, the Commando Course, at the Iraqi army compound in Mahmudiyah, Iraq from July 8 to August 7. The course was designed by non-commissioned officers from the 2nd Battalion, 15th Field Artillery Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team.
