    Members of the exercise forward headquarters discuss forming operations during Mission Readiness Exercise (MRX) 19-2, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Dec. 12, 2018. Exercise participants accomplished key operational forming functions including creating the Joint Manning Document, Joint Mission Essential Task List and Joint Mission Essential Equipment List.
