    181215-N-HV059-1019 SUFFOLK Va. (Dec. 15, 2018) Sonar Technician (Surface) 1st Class Thomas Cahill lays a wreath on a grave during a ceremony at the Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veteran’s Cemetery. The event has been hosted by the Horton Wreath Society for 11 years to honor fallen service members. Those with family members interred at the cemetery are given the chance to lay their wreaths first, followed by the other volunteers.
