A line of Customs and Border Protection officers holds out role players from breaching their line while a second line made of military police serves as back up during a training exercise at Douglas, Arizona, Dec. 13. Department of Defense military personnel will not be conducting law enforcement functions, but are authorized to provide force protection for Customs and Border Protection personnel and help make sure CBP personnel can perform their assigned Federal functions.
