Civilian contractors install a 25 foot tower at the Command Press Information Center here Dec. 5. The tower will support a Defense Video & Imagery Distribution System satellite that will be used by public affairs personnel during the withdrawal of troops and equipment from Iraq. The transition of troops and equipment will meet the Dec. 31 deadline of the security agreement in Iraq. Third Army is shaping the future by meeting the security agreement while building and maintaining multinational partnerships throughout the region.
