Murray, Commanding General of the U.S. Army Futures Command, during the Army Capabilities Integration Center's (ARCIC) Transition of Authority ceremony held on Joint Base Langley-Eustis 7 December 2018. This ceremony symbolizes the transition of authority of ARCIC from the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) to the Army Furtures Command.
