Col. Chris Chomosh, commander of the 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, presents Command Sgt. Maj. Christopher Miller, of Skiatook, Oklahoma, with a Meritorious Service Medal for his work as the senior enlisted leader of the 45th IBCT during a change of responsibility ceremony in Norman, Oklahoma on Dec. 8.
