Members of the Guam National Guard, board a C-130J Super Hercules, in order to redeploy back to Guam after aiding the island of Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, with relief efforts from Super Typhoon Yutu, Dec. 8, 2018. Some of the Department of Defense forces used in the initial typhoon response have begun redeploying at the direction of the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
