Todd Owen, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Executive Assistant Commissioner of Field Operations, made a visit to the Otay Mesa Port of Entry. During his visit he observed pedestrian and vehicle processing operations as well as Mobile Field Force training. He also addressed employees and thanked them for the job they are doing to protect our nation’s borders and facilitate lawful trade and travel.
