(Dec. 5, 2018) Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) recognizes six of the NETC 2018 Sailor of the Year (SOY) finalists Dec. 5 at a ceremony in the National Naval Aviation Museum onboard Naval Air Station Pensacola. Seven finalists for SOY serving throughout the recruiting and training domain rose through a number of competitions, culminating in final boards at NETC, to represent the top achievers from a pool of more than 8,000 military members.
