KOTA KINABALU, Malaysia (Nov. 27, 2018) -- Sailors assigned to the submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS 39) host a discussion on submarine maintenance with members of the Royal Malaysian Navy during a tour of the ship in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, Nov. 27. Land is in Malaysia on a schedualed port visit to provide maintenance, hotel services, and logistical support to submarines and surface ships in the 5th and 7th Fleet area of operations.
