Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class April Freyder, assigned to Navy Reserve Assault Craft Unit One (ACU-1), prepares to receive the anchor aboard a Maritime Prepositioning Force Utility Boat as part of a loss of power exercise in San Diego Harbor Dec. 1. The unit conducted the exercises as part of a Coxswain Qualification practical to test skills in routine piloting and unplanned events.
