    U.S. Customs and Border Protection Office of Public Affairs - Visual Communications Division           

    U.S. Customs and Border Protection conducted a readiness exercise Saturday morning at the Otay Mesa Port of Entry to prepare for any unlawful attempted breach of the port of entry. The exercise lasted about 20 minutes and resulted in the closure of all 13 vehicle primary lanes and the pedestrian lanes.
