Justin Cole with the 1st Battalion, 141st Infantry Regiment, Texas Army National Guard, deployed in support Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, completes the knot tying portion of a mountain obstacle for a French marine instructor during the French Desert Commando Course in Arta, Djibouti, Nov. 30, 2018. The course exposed troops to the fundamentals of desert combat, desert survival, weapons training, troop movements, and obstacle courses based on mountain and water environments.
