U.S. Marine Corps CH-53 Super Stallion helicopters assigned to Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 366, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, land at Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, Nov. 30, 2018, after taking part in Exercise Trident Juncture 2018. The squadron participated in the NATO exercise from USS Iwo Jima (LHD7) in Iceland and Norway. The Marines and Sailors were instrumental in providing vertical lift and transport capabilities in an amphibious environment while training in a challenge climate, enabling the MEU to offload combat capabilities and equipment.
