    U.S. Army Spc. Daniel Boyet, a heavy equipment operator with Alpha Company, 150th Brigade Engineer Battalion, Mississippi Army National Guard, uses a High Mobility Engineer Excavator to move sand into a position where it can be used to fill in a ditch created by rainwater runoff at the beach at Kuwait Naval Base, Kuwait, Nov. 30, 2018.
