Pfc. Rickki Redmon, a food service specialist assigned to the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion Dining Facility, I Corps is recognized for constructing "Cinderella's Castle" with edible materials during a Walt Disney themed Thanksgiving banquet prepared by soldiers assigned to HHB, I Corps DFAC Nov. 24. Diner was served to more than 350 Soldiers and their families by dozens of officers and senior non commissioned officers dressed in the Army Service Uniform.
