Spc. Erick Morales, an Orange County, California native, and water treatment specialist working with the 526th Quartermaster Composite Supply Company out of Fort Riley, Kansas, prepares equipment for shipping at the Support Supply Activity in Powidz, Poland, Nov. 26.
The SSA area of operation in Powidz, Poland is the largest logistical warehouse in Europe, sending out items to more than 150 units deployed in Europe as part of Atlantic Resolve.
The deployment of ready, combat-credible U.S. forces to Europe in support of Atlantic Resolve is evidence of the strong and unremitting U.S. commitment to NATO and Europe. Through continuous, multinational training and security cooperation activities, Atlantic Resolve builds readiness, increases interoperability and enhances the bond between ally and partner militaries.
