Members who attended a candlelight vigil in honor of the Dean family share a flame to light candles handed to all who joined the memorial November 28, 2018, in St. Timothy’s Catholic Church in Manvel, North Dakota. Staff Sgt. Anthony James Dean, his wife Chelsi Kay Dean, and their two children Kaytlin Merie Dean, 5, and Avri James Dean, 1, were all killed in a vehicle accident during the Thanksgiving holiday near Billings, Montana.
