A U.S. Army Soldier with the 526th Engineer Construction Company, 92nd Engineer Battalion, 28th Engineer Brigade, measures the depth of a trapezoidal ditch being dug at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Nov. 28, 2018. U.S. Army Capt.
