Col. James G. Flynn joins members of the Ginowan City government in cutting a ribbon to symbolize the beginning of the 22nd annual Ginowan Agricultural and Industrial Festival held at the civic park in Ginowan City Nov. 26 and 27. The festival gave the community a chance to come together to sell their products and enjoy good entertainment. “It’s good for the city and Marine Corps Air Station Futenma to be working together,” said Flynn. “We share this land and it’s important to come together and have a good time.” Flynn is the commanding officer of Marine Corps Air Station Futenma.
