Lt. Gen. Jeffrey Buchanan, Commanding General, U.S. Army North, thanks U.S. Army cooks for their efforts and dedication to ensure Soldiers deployed near the border were able to enjoy a taste of home on Thanksgiving Day. The Thanksgiving meal featured traditional thanksgiving food, including fried turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, shrimp cocktails and many more delicacies. Task Force Griffin and NORTHCOM are part of the Department of Defense effort to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection as they continue to secure our nation's border.
