    Army Reserve Medical Command

Maj. Gen. Mary Link, Army Reserve Medical Command commanding general, visits her Soldiers supporting Operation Capital Medic at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital on Nov. 3-4, where hundreds of Soldiers in the Washington, D.C. area received periodic health assessments, medically certifying them as deployable or 'green' for their personal medical readiness.
ARMEDCOM’s 7250th Medical Support Unit, based out of Alexandria, Virginia, in partnership with the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, provides medical care quarterly to improve medical readiness throughout the Army. Since the initiative began in August 2017, Operation Capital Medic has helped over 1500 Soldiers go ‘green’ by providing Periodic Health Assessments and routine medical care through scheduled appointments and walk-ins.
