    Lt. Col. Bryan Howay, a native Taylorsville, Ky., and the commander of the 1st Battalion, 149th Infantry Regiment, 310th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, reads the Purple Heart citation to Spc. Aaron Hagan, a 24-year-old native of Union, Ky., at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, on Nov. 21. Hagan was one of four Soldiers from the 1149th Forward Support Company, 1-149th Inf.
