Twice monthly, CAUSE (Comfort for America's Uniformed Services) sponsors free massage and Reiki sessions for Fort Hood Warrior Transition Brigade soldiers and their spouses. Currently, the CAUSE-sponsored massage program at Fort Hood is the only unit that is offering full-body massages, thanks to the recent addition of massage tables.
