Sailors use a stretcher to transport notional casualties during a triage care scenario Nov. 16, 2018 at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan. Sailors from dental clinics on Okinawa participated in Tactical Casualty Care to reinforce the basics of triage care for personnel involved in combat operations with support from Sailors with 3rd Medical Battalion, 3rd Marine Logistics Group.
