Lawrence Lawton presents Naval Junior Reserve Officer's Training Corps student, and Semper Fidelis All-American, Thomas Kanoa King a recognition plaque as part of the 2018 Semper Fidelis All-American Program Recognition Tour at Oak Harbor High School, Wash., Nov. 13, 2018. King was one of 96 "Semper Fidelis All-Americans" chosen across the nation to attend the "Battles Won Academy" in Washington D.C. this past Summer.
