181115-N-IY469-012 – Sailors assigned to Navy Environmental and Preventive Medicine Unit 2 (NEPMU2) set up a display with nutritional information that explained the harms of diets high in sugar, fat and cholesterol during the Great American Smokeout (GASO) Health Fair. GASO is an annual health event sponsored by the American Cancer Society every third Thursday of November that spreads awareness of the harms of tobacco products and encouraging tobacco users to quit, taking an important step toward a healthier life.
