(Nov. 14, 2018) Musician 1st Class Andy Skaggs, center, plays trombone with the U.S. Navy Band Commodores jazz ensemble during their final concert at Key West High School. Skaggs, from Ashland, Kentucky, is a member of the U.S. Navy Concert Band who volunteered to join the Commodores on their 2018 National Tour during a period of vacancy. This year's tour encompassed 19 performances across the southeastern United States, connecting communities to the Navy, building awareness and support for the Navy and honoring our nation's veterans.
