    Gen. David Petraeus, commander of Multi-National Force-Iraq, pins the Combat Infantryman's Badge on 1st Lt. Michael Scheer, the executive officer of Company A, 1st Battalion, 28th Infantry Regiment from Walnut Creek, Calif., at Coalition Outpost Attack in southern Baghdad's Rashid District June 30.
